As one of the largest domestic basketball clubs in Victoria, an event as large and busy as Vultures Day requires AMAZING VOLUNTEERS JUST LIKE YOU who can lend a helping hand to ensure everyone has a great day out!
No experience or knowledge is necessary, just your smile and great attitude!
Vultures Day 2023 – Volunteers Sign Up Form
Only have a small amount of time to give? No problem! We’re grateful for as much or little time you can give on the day. After all, the day is about spending time with family and friends.
All volunteers will receive a complimentary exclusive Vultures Day T-Shirt as well as, of course, a little caffeine to keep you going!
On the day, volunteer roles include:
- Greeting attendees, providing directions and answering questions
- Assisting with games and activities taking place
- Assisting with event set up and/or pack down
- Selling raffle tickets
Please complete the volunteer sign up form and let us know the which roles you think you’ll ace and your times of availability.
We also have an information session planned for Thursday, 24th August to give all our volunteers a complete rundown of the day.
The sign-up form closes on 30/06/23. Our team will then be in touch with you to let you know which role you’ll be assisting with and next steps.
