Welcome to Winter 2026 with the Vermont Vultures! We have put together all the key information you need below, including pricing, dates, age groups, and when to expect team releases.
If you have any questions about registration, please send them through to registrar@vermontvultures.org.au. However, if your query is about teams or coaching, please reach out to the specific Age Group Coordinator (AGC) listed further below.
We appreciate your patience and ask that you give us ample time to look into your requests so we can get back to you with the right information.
Registration timeline
In order to streamline our planning and administrative processes as well as provide our AGCs more time for team building, we will no longer be offering early bird and will shorten the registration process. Registration will be open for 2 weeks only. After that point, late registration will only be accepted subject to availability and will incur a late fee. Please ensure that you register your child on time to avoid missing out.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE
The registration link will not be available after this point. Anyone wishing to play for Vultures will join the waiting list and will only be contacted should a spot become available. Late registration fee applies ($420.00) at this point. Any player requests after this date is not guaranteed and this applies to and not limited to friendship and grade requests. |

Pricing and Refund Policy
Standard Registration Fee – $370.
Late registration fee (subject to space) – $420
Note: For all U17 and U19 Monday/Friday Night teams, the fee will be $320 instead of $370 and will not include a court for training. We are still happy to arrange a training venue for your team, but this will be an opt-in process rather than an opt-out process like previous seasons. If you opt in, the $50 per player will still be payable.

Uniforms
All Vermont Vultures players are required to have a playing uniform (singlet and shorts) to participate in games.
Uniforms and other merchandise can be ordered from the club’s official apparel supplier via Vermont Vultures Uniform Orders. There is a sizing guide provided on the website.
We have uniform try-on sessions scheduled, so if you want to get the right sizing for your uniform order, put one of these dates in your calendar:
- 5:30 – 7:30pm, Thursday 12 February 2026 – Vermont Secondary College
Please note the following:
- Singlet numbers are allocated to players by the club. You can request up to 3 preferred singlet numbers when ordering but please be aware that they are subject to availability across a player’s age group, not just the team they are playing in.
- The club does not facilitate a second-hand uniform operation, but should you acquire a second-hand uniform, you will need to contact the Uniforms Co-Ordinator to check that the singlet number is available and to register the singlet number to the player before the season commences.
- All uniform orders must be completed by 15 February to ensure they’re ready before the season begins. Manufacturing takes approximately. 3-4 weeks. Impact Sports ship uniforms directly to our members.
We are offering a free uniform set for new under 8 and under 9 players joining the club for the first time. (If this applies to your child, please contact the uniforms coordinator for further information. Do not order uniform)
