Jephcott Junior Coach Award
The Jephcott family is synonymous with Vermont Vultures, with both Al and Sal have served on the
committee for over 15 years each. Both also coached numerous teams during their tenure with the
committee and are responsible for the development of countless young players within our
community.
The Jephcott Junior coaches award aims to recognise our young, talented, enthusiastic Junior
coaches.
