Jephcott Junior Coach Award
The Jephcott family is synonymous with Vermont Vultures, with both Al and Sal have served on the committee for over 15 years each. Both also coached numerous teams during their tenure with the committee and are responsible for the development of countless young players within our community. For several seasons the Jephcott family were coaching up to 9 teams and their love for the game rubbed off on many of the kids they were coaching. A number of these kids became Junior coaches of the Vermont Vultures themselves.
The Jephcott Junior coaching award seeks to recognise our young, talented, enthusiastic Junior coaches who have shared their love for the game to help develop our junior players.
Eligibility requirements to be considered for this award:
- Must have coached at least 1 season encompassing the 12 months prior to this award being presented
- Must be under 21 at the time of nomination
- Must not have previously won the award
- Must Be nominated by a member of the club.
