This is a notice to all club members that our Annual General Meeting(AGM) 2024 is to be held:
When: 7:30pm, Wednesday November 20th 2024
Where: Nunawading Basketball Stadium Conference Room
Who: All Vultures current committee members, past committee members, parents, coaches and team managers are welcome.
Each year, all roles come up for nomination, so we welcome applicants for all roles:
- President;
- Vice President;
- Secretary;
- Treasurer;
- Child Safety;
- Basketball Operations;
- Registrar;
- Club Admin;
- Venues Coordinator;
- Coaches Coordinator;
- Coaching Administration;
- Uniform Coordinator;
- Strategic Partnerships;
- Family Engagement/Fundraising;
- Communications Coordinator;
- Social Media;
- Website coordinator;
- Awards Coordinator;
- MEBA representative*;
- JDC representative*;
*: Potential dual roles.
Nominations for the committee need to be received by the Secretary by November 13 2024, and must contain the signatures of the following members: Nominee, Proposer and Seconder. They can be emailed to secretary@vermontvultures.org.au or sent to PO Box 169, Vermont, Vic 3133.
