Notice to Vermont Vultures Basketball Club Members of the Annual General Meeting
This is a notice to all club members that our Annual General Meeting is to be held 8pm Thursday, 26 November, 2020. At this stage, we are planning to do this via video, however if restrictions allow, our preference will be to do this in person. We will confirm the meeting details in the week prior to the AGM.
We are one of the largest clubs in Victoria, consistently with 90-100 teams and 750 players, and are always looking for members who are able to contribute to the well running of the club. If you have specific skills or experience, or just love basketball and want to be involved in your community, we’d love to have you on board. Committee meetings are generally held monthly.
All office bearer and general committee roles are now open for nomination – please download the nomination form here. These nominations can be submitted in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org or can be brought along on the night if we are meeting in person.
In addition to President, Vice President, Treasurer, & Secretary roles, we have a number of positions with specific responsibilities that we are looking to fill. Given we are likely to spend the Summer season under COVID safety guidelines, we are also keen to hear from anyone who is able to help the club navigate the policies & protocols that we will be required to adhere to.
