Meeting venue: Vermont Secondary College
Who: All Vultures current committee members, past committee members, parents, coaches and team managers are welcome.

- Acceptance of minutes from 2024 Vermont Vultures Annual General Meeting
- Matters arising from prior meeting minutes
- Office bearers reports as per reports contained in the Annual Report (emailed to all club members prior to the meeting)
- Receive and consider the Audited 2024-25 financial statements;
- To transact any special business of which notice is given by Friday November 14th 2025
