We’re looking for youth’s that know and love the game of basketball and want to teach other younger kids the skills they need to be successful and have fun!
⁃ Payment is $200 per season (seasons are 2 terms – 16-18 weeks) for any youth coach who is coaching their own team
⁃ Commitment is 1 hour training and 1 game per week
⁃ Age groups are u8-u12 boys and girls
⁃ We will provide community and club level coaching certifications at no cost to enhance your skills and build confidence in coaching
⁃ You can start as an assistant coach for a season and then we can assign you your own team with a coaching mentor to help build your confidence
⁃ Enhance your communication skills by working with and understanding kids development requirements and teamwork
⁃ Hoodie, polo, ball, bag and training gear all provided at no cost
⁃ Choice of training court and time around your other basketball activities can be accommodated
⁃ Saturday games from 8am-12:30pm depending on age
