Hey Vultures,
A big thank you to everyone who was able to make it for an U8/10 training session and medal/trophy/uniform collection at Nunawading on Saturday. It was great to see so many of you – especially to see the kids’ smiling faces as they finally reunited with friends on the court!
It’s a busy week again, so here’s a quick admin update on what to expect.
Team announcements
- U12-18 team lists will be distributed in the next couple of days to coaches/managers who will then need to communicate with their teams – please keep an eye on your inbox!
- We still have some teams that need coaches/managers, so if your team is in that position and you can help, please let us know ASAP
- A reminder that the Summer Season will start 23 January 2021
Training this week
Nunawading Stadium is again available to us from 8am-3pm on Saturday 5th December.
- These training spots are optional but they will be open to all teams (40 mins on the court, starting every hour)
- Coaches/managers will be sent instructions on Wednesday on how to book a spot and we will confirm court allocation Friday online and at the Stadium Saturday
- We have limited slots, so get in early! If you miss out this week, we’ll make sure you can get a spot next week

Medal/trophy/uniform/coaches polo collection
For anyone who missed collecting medals/trophies from last season, we’ll run another collection on Saturday from 8am – 12pm
- Trophies to be collected by individuals or team managers (managers, please coordinate with your trophy winners)
- Team medals to be collected by the team manager or coach
- Coaches polos to be collected by individuals
- Uniforms to be collected by individuals (if you have been contacted to say they have arrived)
We will also have singlets & shorts available for try-on. The last date to order a uniform to have it ready for the Summer season is 12/12, so if you need to see the sizes, please come down. Note that all orders need to be submitted online https://www.impactsports.com.au/club/vermont_vultures/, you will not be able to order in person.
